1. The Four Systems

2. Daily Workflow
Heading to the storage unit?
- Open Do While at SU on your phone
- Work the checklist for the active visit/card
- Check items off in Trello as you go
Creating a listing?
- Check Listing Plan for what's unlisted
- Pull photos/condition/pricing from the Sell Prep Guide + Price Tracker
- Follow the photography + description standards
- List it, then tell Mike to close out the task
Not sure what to work on? Anything in Trello's Next Actions or Doing is fair game — dated cards are the priority.
3. Rules of the Road
- Trello is the plan — if it disagrees with your memory, Trello wins
- Never post the exact storage-facility address or unit number publicly — general area only, share exact location only once a buyer commits
- Pricing changes go through Mike — check the tracker's Drop-To/Floor guidance first
- Publishing a listing is a one-way door — ask first if unsure
